Concluding long-term meintenance contracts
Light level
The Contractor provides Maintenance from 9 am to 6 pm Kyiv time from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Service includes the following list of work:
- The Contractor carries out repairs, receiving messages from the Customer that the system is not functioning in full. Not later than 4 working hours, the Contractor will begin to resolve the technical hitch with the help of the telephone support service. If the problem can not be solved by telephone, the Contractor will send his technical representative to the object of the Customer during working hours and not later than 24 hours.
- To verify the current technical condition of the system and conducting prevention measures, the Contractor carries out scheduled routine work several times a year. This work includes diagnostics of the equipment, purification from contaminations of optical and air tracks, alignment of mechanical units and adjustment of electronic blocks.
Medium level
The Contractor provides Maintenance from 9 am to 6 pm Kyiv time from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Service includes the following list of work:
- The Contractor carries out repairs, receiving messages from the Customer that the system is not functioning in full.
